This rare “Puntas” expression is drawn from the most intense and aromatic cut of the distillation, capturing the purest essence of the agave.
This batch unites three wild, hand-foraged agave species rarely seen together:
Tobalá – The “king of agaves,” small in size but explosive in flavor, prized for its floral elegance, layered sweetness, and subtle spice.
Cucharilla – A scarce varietal with green, grassy, and slightly bitter notes, adding depth and complexity.
Cuishe – A tall, stalk-like Karwinski agave that imparts herbal, mineral, and earthy tones for structure and backbone.
