Xoloitzcuintle is a bold, uncompromising still-strength tequila crafted for purists and collectors. Produced at Hacienda Capellania (NOM 1545), this limited release showcases tequila in its most expressive, unfiltered form.

Fully mature blue Weber agave is slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, imparting depth and earthy complexity. Fermentation takes place open-air, allowing native yeasts and the surrounding environment to shape the spirit naturally. The result is a tequila of exceptional character, intensity, and authenticity.

Bottled at 53.532% ABV. Expect cooked agave sweetness, mineral-driven earth tones, herbal notes, pepper, and a long, warming finish that evolves in the glass.

Only 2,000 bottles were produced, making this a highly limited expression that reflects traditional production, place, and patience—nothing added, nothing taken away.
