Don Felix Reposado comes from the Bañuelos family in Arandas and is commonly described as a 100% blue Weber agave tequila matured for roughly six months in new American white oak. That aging gives it a supple, layered profile with cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, honey, butterscotch and soft oak spice. It drinks with enough richness for sipping, but it still carries the clean structure needed for premium tequila cocktails that want barrel character without going fully añejo.
