Kadbak Vodka is a limited-release spirit that brings together the character of Blue Weber agave and the refined texture of craft vodka. This one-of-a-kind collaboration begins with seven-year-old agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco at 5,314 feet above sea level, harvested and traditionally distilled by second-generation tequilero Rodrigo Cedano using wild yeast. It is then re-distilled in Portland on a 22-plate vodka column still, creating a spirit that is polished, silky, and distinctive without losing its agave roots.

On the nose, Kadbak opens with delicate floral tones, citrus peel, fresh agave, and a gentle peppery lift. The palate is clean and balanced, showing soft agave nectar, a subtle hint of rose, and a touch of black pepper, all carried by a rich, velvety mouthfeel. The finish is smooth, bright, and lightly vegetal, giving this vodka a layered profile that stands apart from more neutral styles.

Bottled at 80 proof / 40% ABV in a 750ml format, this release was offered as a September 2025 limited edition, with only 120 bottles released for sale in Oregon, making it an exceptionally rare expression for collectors and adventurous spirits drinkers alike.
