A small-batch, ultra-premium tequila blanco crafted from 100% blue agave and inspired by traditional production methods. Named after a Huichol word meaning “the first,” Matiari is positioned as the first tequila commercially produced at the historic Tateposco distillery and is made without additives for a pure agave-driven profile.

Tasting Notes: Sweet aromas of cherry, plum, cooked agave, and tropical fruit, with flavors of black pepper, anise, and agave, followed by a savory vegetal finish with rosemary and black tea notes.
