This high-proof expression is crafted with traditional stone/brick oven cooking, copper pot distillation, and no additives, delivering a bold agave profile layered with baking spice, oak, citrus, and honeyed warmth.

Production Details: NOM 1414. Stone/brick oven, roller mill, deep well water, 100% agave fermentation in stainless steel tanks with proprietary yeast and classical music, copper pot still, 2x distilled, aged in used American oak whiskey barrels with mizunara chips. 49% ABV / 98 proof. No additives.
